Chainlab dictionary data attribution and changes

Chainlab changes: normalized spellings, grouped homonyms, retained sense-level
part-of-speech/category/source IDs, compressed search indexes and detail shards,
and generated rule-dependent counts and reports. These are processed derivatives,
not the original dictionary presentation or an endorsement by the provider.
Preserve attribution and the applicable ShareAlike conditions when redistributing
covered dictionary material and its adaptations.

Exceptions: examples with an identified external source belong to their original
copyright holders and require their permission; multimedia has item-specific
conditions. The default license does not establish permission for these exceptions.
Review each artifact's contents and notices before new public distribution.

This notice describes dictionary data, not a blanket license for Chainlab's own
software or every document in the repository. No software license is newly granted
by this notice. See DATA_SOURCES.md for artifact scope and remaining review tasks.
